  1. Reservations are made year-round and up to one year in advance.
  2. All holiday weeks require a 2-night stay.
  3. All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit. The deposit is the base rate of your first night's stay. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover or you may mail us a money order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
  4. Credit cards are processed when reservation is taken for your deposit.
  5. A reservation is not considered complete until you have received a confirmation # from us.
  6. Must be 21 or older to make a reservation, and at least one person 21 or older must be staying on each site.
  7. Rates are based on 2 people. Additional children between the ages of 3-11 are $4 per night, Age 12 and up are $6 per night.
  8. There is a maximum of 6 people allowed per site, regardless of age.
  9. We will make every effort to reserve the site you request, but WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SITES.
  10. Sites will only be held until 11 a.m.the day after your arrival date. There are no refunds for NO SHOWS.
  11. There are no refunds for early departures after check-in.
  12. Due to our electric supply, RVs are not able to run air conditioners or electric heaters.
  13. Cancellation Policies: All reservations require 5 days advance notification prior to your arrival date for a refund of your deposit less a $5 cancellation fee.  Cancellations must be made over the phone with verification of the last 4 digits of your credit card number.  You must call by 4 p.m.  E-mails or voice mails are not acceptable.  Enchanted Forest/Water Safari tickets are non-refundable. There are no refunds for reservations made after or within the cancellation period.
  14. Change in a reservation:  There is a $5 fee for changing the dates of your reservation at any time.  (There is no extra charge for adding days to your reservation.)  If you are changing the arrival date of your reservation and do not give us 5 full day's notice, it is essentially a cancellation of the first day, and no refund will be given for that night's deposit. 
  15. Check-in is anytime after 2 p.m. with check-out by 11 a.m.
  16. Present all coupons or discount cards upon check-in.
