Admission - Go to the Enchanted Forest/Water Safari on your day off and enjoy all the rides and attractions.  Earn tickets for your family and friends!  Discount tickets are also available for purchase for family members.

Park Discounts - All team members receive a 20% discount in the gift stores on souvenir items, when purchased with an identification badge, excluding film, film supplies and candy at the OFCR and EF/WS. Team members also receive a 40% discount on most retail food items at EF/WS, when purchased with an identification badge and for the team member's own consumption. Discount tickets for all team members are available for Calypso's Cove.

Park Parties - These team member parties usually take place after closing at Enchanted Forest/Water Safari and have a variety of themes: water park sliding, riding the amusement rides, ice cream eating contests, fun, fun, fun!

Opportunities for Advancement - There are always opportunities to advance at the Old Forge Camping Resort, Enchanted Forest/Water Safari, and Calypso's Cove.  We are always looking for Team Members who want to move up through the ranks.  Most managers and office personnel started off at entry-level positions, and have been able to advance with a good attitude and lots of hard work.

Area Discounts - Would you like to spend a day in another NYS amusement park or visit the Olympic Center at Lake Placid?  These are just a few of the discounts or free tickets available to you and your family as a part of our team.

EF/WS, OFCR & CC Newsletter - The EF/WS, OFCR and CC newsletter is the park's team paper. It features short articles, cartoons and anything else that you, the team members would like.

Intramural Sports - Basketball, volleyball, soccer and softball are all popular after work sports.

Old Forge Camping Resort Discounts - Team Members and immediate family of team members can enjoy camping right next door to Enchanted Forest at the campground for a 20% discount (Some exclusions may apply). . Reservations required. Team Members may also enjoy a 20% discount in the campground convenience store.

Incentive Programs

Team Member Of The Week - Each week the management team selects several team members who have been outstanding workers. This honor could be determined by a specific situation in which the team member excelled or by a member's overall work ethic. Each team member chosen for this honor will receive a special prize. At the end of the summer, Team Member's of the Year are also chosen and receive a special prize.

Scholarship Program - EF/WS, the OFCR & CC are proud to offer the J. Richard and Ruth E. Noonan Memorial Scholarship Program to qualified team members. Awards are competitive among applicants and are based on work performance, academic achievement and team work. All applicants must be currently enrolled in a College/University/Technical School for the fall semester and must work as late into the season as possible.
