2. Crumble up the sausage and cook.

3. Cut the top of the pumpkin off, then clean and rinse it out

4. Dice up the apples, then combine all of the ingredients in the skillet or larger bowl.

5. Put the mixture into the pumpkins, spray cooking spray or rub butter on tin foil. Put the pumpkin in the center of the tin foil and cover. Do this separately for all the pumpkins. Bake for 30-40 minutes in the hot coals of the campfire! Then Enjoy!

Baked Apples:

Easy-to-make desert! Use the coals from your campfire to create this apple cinnamon treat!

4 large apples

1/4 cup raisins

4 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon butter

1. Remove the core of the apples with a knife, then place the coreless apple on a square of tin foil large enough to wrap completely around the apple.

2. Stuff the center of the apple with a mix of raisins, nuts, roughly a spoonful of brown sugar, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a small chunk of butter into each end. Then wrap the tin foil around the apple.

3. Put the tin foil wrapped apples in a bed of coals and let them roast for roughly 15 minutes.

4. Unwrap & eat with a fork and knife!
