Old Forge Camping Resort Expectations, Policies and Procedures

Prior to Arrival

Face Masks are not required on guests who are fully vaccinated.  Guests who are not vaccinated (ages 2 and up) will be required wear a mask or face covering inside common spaces including the Main Lodge and all Bathhouses*.  Masks must be with unvaccinated guests at all times in the campground (in your pocket for example), as you may need to put your mask on in certain instances.
*Wearing a mask into the bathhouse is required. Obviously you can't wear a mask to shower or brush your teeth, but you certainly can while using the toilet and washing you hands. So keep it on when appropriate if you are not vaccinated!

Express Check-In is available and we ask that you take advantage of it, if possible, to speed up check-in time and minimize contact.  Please call 315-369-6011, prior to your arrival day,  and we will be happy to assist you with Express Check In.  Be prepared to provide us with the number of guests/pets in your party, license plate number(s) and to make payment in full.

During your stay our staff will be working diligently to clean, sanitize, and disinfect all common surfaces and touch points throughout the property, including the main lodge and all bathhouses.

We currently use cleaning products and protocols which meet EPA guidelines and are CDC approved for use and are effective against viruses, bacteria and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens. We are working with our vendors, distribution partners and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted availability of these cleaning supplies and the necessary PPE’s.

All cabins and cottages are fully cleaned, sanitized and disinfected prior to each guest’s arrival.

Bathhouses will be closed once a day for a deep clean/sanitize/disinfect and disinfected numerous times throughout the day on common touch points.

Hand sanitizing stations are located at Main Lodge entrance and exit doors, reservation desk, camp store check out and both dump stations.

Plexiglass shields are hung at the Main Lodge reservations desk and Camp Store checkout.

Signage on all common area doors, aka Main Lodge/all Bathhouses, etc. that masks are required for those who are not vaccinated and reminders to wash hands.

Honey wagon services are suspended for 2021.  Guests who wish to use the dump station, must do so by themselves. Team members cannot assist at this time.

Normal cancellation policies will remain in place unless we are closed per state mandate.

Masks: Team members will be required to wear masks if they are not vaccinated.

All team members are required to wash their hands often and use hand sanitizer.

If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please check with any manager.
