Policies: Reservations are made year-round and up to one year in advance. Two-night minimum required over holidays and special events. Off season pricing not valid for Holiday & Event weekends. The allowed maximum length of a reservation is 14 nights. All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit. The deposit is the base rate of your first night's stay. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. WE do NOT accept personal checks. Credit cards are processed when a reservation is taken for your deposit along with any Premium Reservation fees. A reservation is not considered complete until you have received a five-digit confirmation # from us. Mid-October-early May. There is no guarantee of water or sewer services on RV sites. Please contact the campground about water and sewer availability for early and late season bookings. Must be 21 or older to make a reservation, and at least one person 21 or older must be staying on each site. Rates are based on 2 people. Additional children between the ages of 3-11 are $6 per night, Age 12 and up are $8 per night. There is a maximum of 6 people allowed per site, regardless of age. Pets are welcome on all site types. We require they are not left alone at the site at any time, kept on a leash, cleaned up after and with a copy of a valid rabies certificate at check in. Maximum of 2 pets per site. You may request a specific site number by making a Premium Reservation and we will guarantee the site of your choice (if available) for an additional non-refundable fee. If there is a maintenance issue with the site you requested and we are unable to place you there, your Premium fee will be refunded, and we will place you on a comparable site. Stays of 1-3 days $10.00 fee, 4-7 days $20.00 fee and 8-14 days $30.00 fee. We will make every effort to note your site preference, but WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SITES WITHOUT BOOKING A PREMIUM RESERVATION. Sites will only be held until 11:00 AM the day after your arrival date. There are no refunds for NO SHOWS. There are no refunds for early departures after check-in. Due to our electric supply, RVs are not able to run air conditioners or electric heaters. If you do have your own generator, you are welcome to run A/C between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Cancellation Policies: Seven (7) full days advance notice is required for changes and cancellations to a reservation. (Not including the day of arrival.) Changes and cancellations prior to the seven days are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations and changes must be made by phone for proper account verification. Please call by 2:00 PM. (315) 940-2267 or 1-800-CAMPING. (No emails or phone messages.) Any cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit the deposit and any Premium and change fees incurred. There are no refunds for early departures. To better accommodate all guests during our peak demand periods, a $20 PER DAY Reservation Change Fee will be charged for each site removed or dropped from reserved 8–14-day blocks or reservations. This policy helps us maintain limited inventory and provide fair availability for all guests during high-occupancy events and weekends. Change in a reservation: Changing the date on your reservation at any time will incur the following fees dependent on the length of stay. 1-3 days $5.00 and 4-7 days $10.00 (There is no extra charge for adding days to your reservation.) If you are changing the arrival date of your reservation and do not give us 7 full days' notice, it is essentially a cancellation of the first day and no refund will be given for that night's deposit. Check-in is any time after 3 p.m. with check-out by 11 a.m. Present all coupons or discount cards upon check-in. Fireworks, firearms and weapons are NOT permitted within the campground grounds at any time. E-Bike Policy For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, only e-bikes are permitted on campground property. All other electric or motorized transportation devices are prohibited. Age Requirement Guests under 16 years of age may not ride, operate, or be a passenger on an e-bike anywhere on campground property. Guests age 16 and older may ride or operate an e-bike provided they: Wear a helmet at all times. Do not exceed 10 mph. Yield to pedestrians and operate safely and responsibly. Follow all campground signs, rules, and staff directions. Do not create a safety hazard, nuisance, or disturbance. Do not operate during quiet hours (10:00 PM–8:00 AM) if the e-bike creates noise that disturbs other guests. Prohibited Devices The following are not permitted anywhere on campground property: E-scooters and electric scooters E-skateboards and electric boards Electric dirt bikes Electric mopeds or motorcycles Other motorized or electric transportation devices General Requirements Guests are responsible for ensuring their e-bikes are in safe operating condition and are used in accordance with manufacturer requirements. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors comply with this policy. Campground management reserves the right to stop unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate use of an e-bike and to address situations not specifically covered by this policy.
