Reservation and Cancellation Policy


  1. Reservations are made year-round and up to one year in advance.
  2. Two-night minimum required over holidays and special events. Off season pricing not valid for Holiday & Event weekends.
  3. The allowed maximum length of a reservation is 14 nights.
  4. All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit. The deposit is the base rate of your first night's stay. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover or you may mail us a money order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
  5. Credit cards are processed when a reservation is taken for your deposit along with any Premium Reservation fees.
  6. A reservation is not considered complete until you have received a confirmation # from us.
  7. Must be 21 or older to make a reservation, and at least one person 21 or older must be staying on each site.
  8. Rates are based on 2 people. Additional children between the ages of 3-11 are $6 per night, Age 12 and up are $8 per night.
  9. There is a maximum of 6 people allowed per site, regardless of age.
  10. Pets are welcome on all site types. We require they are not left alone at the site at any time, kept on a leash, cleaned up after and with a copy of a valid rabies certificate at check in. Maximum of 2 pets per site.
  11. You may request a specific site number by making a Premium Reservation and we will guarantee the site of your choice (if available) for an additional non-refundable fee. If there is a maintenance issue with the site you requested and we are unable to place you there, your Premium fee will be refunded and we will place you on a comparable site. Stays of 1-3 days $10.00 fee, 4-7 days $20.00 fee and 8-14 days $30.00 fee.
  12. We will make every effort to note your site preference, but WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SITES WITHOUT BOOKING A PREMIUM RESERVATION.
  13. Sites will only be held until 11:00 AM the day after your arrival date.
  14. There are no refunds for NO SHOWS. There are no refunds for early departures after check-in.
  15. Due to our electric supply, RVs are not able to run air conditioners or electric heaters. If you do have your own generator, you are welcome to run A/C between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
  16. Cancellation Policies: Seven (7) full days advance notice is required for changes and cancellations to a reservation. (Not including the day of arrival.) Changes and cancellations prior to the seven days are subject to fees depending on the length of stay and will incur the following charges. 1-3 days $5.00 fee. 4-7 days $10.00 fee and 8-14 days $15.00 fee. Cancellations and changes must be made by phone for proper account verification. Please call by 2:00 PM. (315) 369-6011or 1-800-CAMPING. (No emails or phone messages.) Any cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit the deposit and any Premium and change fees incurred. There are no refunds for early departures. Enchanted Forest Water Safari Tickets and Calypso`s Cove tickets are non-refundable and do not expire.
  17. Change in a reservation: Changing the date on your reservation at any time will incur the following fees dependent on the length of stay. 1-3 days $5.00 4-7 days $10.00 and 8-14 days $15.00. (There is no extra charge for adding days to your reservation.) If you are changing the arrival date of your reservation and do not give us 7 full days notice, it is essentially a cancellation of the first day and no refund will be given for that night's deposit.
  18. Check-in is anytime after 2 p.m. with check-out by 11 a.m.
  19. Present all coupons or discount cards upon check-in.
